Disclaimer

So, in this world gone mad, it is worth announcing some disclaimers. These videos, pictures and posts are intended to be helpful, provide entertainment, and/or help you learn something in your spare time. Despite what or how I say some things, nothing should be considered to be legal advice, a diet suggestion, an easy way to get rich, or to be something you should do to turn your entire life around.

When you inevitably cut yourself, burn yourself, serve an undercooked piece of chicken, or boil some vegetable to the point that it’s just mush, please don’t point your finger at me. Rather, message me and I’ll see if I can help. Maybe I’ll even be able to post a video that semi-recreates what you did so that you and others can, possibly, avoid a future kitchen calamity. Better yet, reach out to me with questions, comments, concerns and suggestions before things go bad. I love cooking—and when I can make a video or provide insight to someone on something of specific interest I love it even more.

Please know I love partnering with people and organizations. If you manufacture or sell a product you think could benefit by being linked with Method Cooking, let me know. This could be anything from fresh meat or produce, a sauce or seasoning blend, or even something like a knife, pan or kitchen gadget. Or surprise me. Showing people how something can be used in a variety of ways may be great for you, me, and everyone we get to introduce it to!

So now the kinda legal part. All content has been created by me, feel free to share, but don’t steal. Me, my website, and/or my YouTube channel can’t be held liable for anything that happens to or around you because of choices you make. This includes burns, undercooked or overcooked food, cuts, extreme accidents or loss of property—anything. As professional as I am, and as much as I try to make everything comfortably approachable, I’m not in your kitchen with you to take responsibility for what you do or don’t do. Last but not least, please know it is never my intent to express views that could be perceived to be offensive or controversial.

Thank you—and let’s have some fun Method Cooking!
